Birthday Bits and First OFFICIAL Blog
So I've finally got my blog more or less up and going! Yay! Now it's time for my first official post...-drum roll-My dad's birthday was actually on the 23 rd but we didn't have time to celebrate it until this Tuesday. We went to this nice restaurant called The Greenery. Well I mean it was nice the first time we went there but since we've been there like a thousand times already the novelty of it just wears off. Normally there's like a one hour queue but there was hardly anyone there that day. I think it was because of the weather [raining] and because it was a weekday.
I ordered myself a steak meal which was also pretty nice when I first had it but after the 5 th time I just got sick of it. Why did I order it again? Well because there wasn't really anything else I wanted to eat. Anyway, the meal set came with orange juice, soup and a bun.
Sorry I didn't take a photo of the soup which, by the way, was Russian something. We also ordered a potato platter which no one ate apart from me.
We ordered a chocolate cake yesterday. Happy 45 th dad! Unfortunately my camera card is acting up so I can't post photos of it :-(
